Introduction: Trisha's Personal Training provides individualized exercise programs suited to fit the needs of each client. Whether the client's goal is weight loss, weight maintenance, increase muscle strength or training to reach a specific goal, Trisha's Personal Training can provide the proper knowledge, instruction and motivation to achieve the goal.
Services include exercise program design, exercise instruction and one-on-one training and knowledge of nutrition to aid in reaching goals. Personal trainers in Ohio are not legally allowed to prescribe nutritional programs without advanced certification, i.e. a degree in nutrition/dietetics.
