Movement for Life

Kathy Humphrey Kathy is a real mover and shaker, specializing in dance, creative movement, yoga, and arts in education. As a dancer, choreographer, and teacher, she has worked with children and adults of all ages and abilities for more than 30 years. She works in classrooms, bringing dance and the experience of the arts to children. She trains teachers on arts in education. She teaches Muvment4life classes which are a mixture of Hatha yoga, tai chi, and stretching. She is also a choreographer, and collaborates with artists, dancers, and musicians. She works with special needs adults and children bringing the joy of movement. She has also taught yoga to children in jail. She had danced in NYC for 9 years, and 2 years in Paris.
