Sherri is a very fun, dedicated and considerate trainer. She is serious about her work in training, but doesn't ridicule you if there are lmitations on what exercises you can perform. Sherri has a great temperament as a trainer, and when she is finished, you'll feel as if you've accomplished a great workout.

Sherri was beyond amazing when it came to training me. Not to mention this was my first time ever at a gym so I was definitely nervous at first but she is super sweet and not there to intimidate you. She's very professional and has great energy. I've definitely learned a lot from Sherri and will recommend her services to anyone!

Sherri is just fabulous to work with and has created customized workout routines to keep me motivated and progressing in between her visits. I am quickly seeing the results. Also love that she does each new routine with me and adjusts it based on my ability; plus she builds in timing flexibility so if I have less time one day, I can adjust the routine to meet my needs. I highly recommend her!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I've always loved fitness and enjoy being around and helping people.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    An introduction into the many different types of exercises you can do for each body part. Split routines and full body workouts. Nutrition pointers are always tops on the request list too.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Definitely meet in person so you can get a true feel for that person. It's important to see if he/she is the one you want to help you achieve your goals. And meeting someone face to face is the way to find out.
