- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always stay up to date on fitness sites and social media to constantly keep my clients bodies guessing. If you can always keep the body surprised, that is when you will see the greatest gains.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in customer service setting up gyms for nearly two years and loved how I was able to help people. I soon realized that I was limited because I was behind a phone all day so I decided to venture out and open up a gym to truly do what I love.

Strength & Conditioning for athletes, sport specific athletic training, weight loss, improving flexibility, running technique, and overall life style changes.
