- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a flat rate per job. It includes everything that we discuss during the walk thru process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is simple; we set up a time to walk through the customers home, answer any questions they may have, establish a price, and then schedule their first cleaning. Easy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently joined the NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers) Northeast Ohio Chapter. I can't wait to brainstorm with this great organization.
