My experience with Canopy Management couldn’t have been better. John and Hollie were at our door within hours of reaching out about our job. They walked me and my wife through every detail of what our intended project would entail if we selected them and it was the clearest, most honest conversation we’ve ever had in our home owning journey. They were the easy choice to go with after speaking with other local options. Leading up to and throughout the construction they were in constant contact about start times, material choices, and addressing any possible concern we could have. They also personally checked in on our job the day of again just to make sure we were satisfied with the process. I couldn’t recommend them enough. In our time as homeowners we’ve constantly been met with a lack of empathy and attention to detail from a customer experience point of view and it was so refreshing to get those things here.
