- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Up front pricing before work is performed. It is flat rate (“out-the-door”) which means no matter how long the job takes it will not increase in price. No hidden fees. We do offer 5% cash discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet. I’d like ensure they made the right decision and will continue using us in the future. Peace of mind by the time I’m finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been in the plumbing industry for 5 years.
