- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
service call is $69.95 and free with repair! we do give discounts to all first responders and military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we do same day scheduling and saying they repairs and if it can't be fixed in the same day we will discuss that option with the customer before we even make a decision to go forward
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
all my technicians are up to date on all their training and are certified to work on all major brands of appliances
