I have to rate Mr. Jennings a 5 star as: 1. he replied immediately 2. gave me a firm price - no extra cost 3. showed up on time for the job 4. cleaned the carpets well. I also added more rugs to clean and his price was so reasonable. 5. Very professional bottom line: his work was good, he moved all the furniture and never complained. So we tipped him well for a good job.

They did a great job cleaning the carpets before I moved in, and am I ever glad that I also purchased home cleaning too. They did a FANTASTIC job the house from top to bottom! Highly recommended.

Mr. Jennings was nothing but professional and extremely polite. He takes a lot of pride in his work. Mr. Jennings got stains out of my carpet that other companies had no luck removing. I would also like to say that his prices are well below other cleaners. Robert even took his own personal time and came back to my house on a National Holiday to touch up a small spot that was hard to see when the carpet was wet and didn't show until the carpet was dry.

Mr. Jennings did a fabulous job and boy did we give him a mess to work with! Our carpets were very dirty and he made them look brand new. He was the first to respond to our request for service and gave a concrete fair price...on a budget, we don't like surprises after the fact. He took his time to do a thorough job and it was still done in less than 2 hours for 6 areas. He was punctual, very customer friendly, polite and professional, and as an added bonus-a veteran! ~Sabra & Tom E.

Bob was very nice, but somewhat unprepared based on my request for a quote for this service. I had requested a quote for 'dry' cleaning, not steam cleaning, but he didn't bring the right equipment, so they were steam cleaned for the first time on 11/1. As of today they were still wet - clean, but wet (11/3).
