We have basic cleaning pricing as well as deep cleaning pricing. Our basic cleaning fee is $140 while our deep cleaning fee is $150. Pet treatment service is $40 per room extra. If any other services are needed, please express your concerns and we'll address them accordingly. We dont have any hidden or disposal fee's. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tax is applied to all services. Each room/area of carpet is limited to 220 sqft or less and charged as such. We steam clean and low moisture clean carpets and most furniture fabrics. Living/dining room combo is considered 2 area's. All hallways and walk-in closets are $20. Tile flooring starts at $.70 a sqft to clean, and $1.25 to clean and apply a clear protection coating. Discounts are obtained with a combination of two or more services i.e. carpet-furniture-tile ect. Pet stain and odor removal is $40 additional and charged per area of concern.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Doing a thorough walk through in the home to discuss area's of concern as well as expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pet urine and also odor control is what we specialize in. As well as deep cleaning.
