- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love food and I love being creative. I also enjoy wearing many hats and I never get to know how my day is going to go until it has gone.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Corporate lunches...buffets for 20-150 people. Salads, Grilled and Roasted Meats and prepared vegetables and side dishes. I love brownies!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A bridal shower at a client's home. She provided the recipes for each dish and the food was all outside of our norm, ingredients we would never otherwise use...we rose to the occasion and wowed the party and we made a friend of the client and we've back to do more.
