- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
there's a service charge for coming out which it starts at 65 in the city of Cincinnati and if you stay anywhere outside the outskirts I'm charging 120 for the service call and that's basic gas if it is my car break down now if you stay out of the city limits are going to be a little more and stuff for trophies and stuff for that nature.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
being concerned of their comfort coming up knocking the door clean cut and let them know I'm there to make sure that they get the comfort that they were seeking when they bought their home apartment building store even trailers can't have my services.
