- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My customers should know that ALL my pricing is due to job,travel area, & payment. But also know that I’m willing to negotiate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical phone conversation leading up to the problem at hand,a walk thru maybe,then estimate the expenses…then LETS WORK!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this business of cleaning on and off for roughly 15 years with my dad and another past employer.
