Hired on Thumbtack
Mr.Scheff arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem on the desktop computer in question. System was corrupted. He corrected the problem and removed outdated programs, malware and a trojan. He also corrected a problem on a laptop computer and setup the laptop so I can now print to my printer in another location. He returned a 2nd time to install more memory on the primary computer and then removed more unnecessary items. Mr. Scheff really knows what he is doing. His charges may be a bit higher than some other technicians, but he is an expert and well worth his charges.The job was on-site in Finneytown and he spent over 2 hrs. on my site doing much more than he was requested to do. His work was top notch and he arrived at the scheduled time. I am happy that thumbtack allowed me to experience this high quality company.
