- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The deposit you pay goes towards the repair and sometimes the cost doesn't go beyond the deposit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We capture all of the relevant information and talk with the customer to get a clear picture of the problem(s) they are having. We stay in touch with the customer during the process as needed to provide updates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many, many years of experience and knowledge from working with customers, corporate experience from prior work history and college education.
