Hired on Thumbtack

My review is the same as the first reviewer's comments. Didn't have the skills or resources to do the job professionally. I had damaged and cracked concrete within a month. Poor quality.

Hired on Thumbtack

Hired the Whatleys for a small concrete job. Quote was great, very professional on phone and text. However, the job looked terrible, as though they didn't know how to do it professionally. Lots of odd swirls and lack of coverage on the sidewalk pad. Asked them to save the railings on a step they were to fix, and they did, but looks awful. I did contact the owner, who said he'd be back to make it right. Told me he'd sent a new guy and thought the guy could handle it. I don't care for the excuses, I expected a good job, not a shoddy one. After he came back and did a little more work on covering the ugliness, it's still not right, and still looks awful. Just because they put 'Concrete Pros' on a truck or on Thumbtack.com or other contractor sites absolutely doesn't mean they will do a professional job. I did contact once again to say thanks for trying to make it right, and have received no response. I'd run away from any quotes or services from these people.
