- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to start my business after leaving culinary school and working in restaurants while trying to lose weight. Butter is chef's best friend and i couldn't lose weight and still cook/eat unhealthy. So i decided to start my own vegan catering and i lost the weight!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mainly i cater special events, make lunches and dinners for busy workers, I provide fresh bread and muffins. I advise with healthy eating.
