Introduction: In my opinion, my work stands out because although I'm a vegan chef i take everyday favorites and put a healthy and vegan spin on it. There is so much to love about what I do. To be precise, i would have to say I love creating familiar foods to those who are not vegan and having them turn more towards healthy eating after tasting my food.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I decided to start my business after leaving culinary school and working in restaurants while trying to lose weight. Butter is chef's best friend and i couldn't lose weight and still cook/eat unhealthy. So i decided to start my own vegan catering and i lost the weight!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Mainly i cater special events, make lunches and dinners for busy workers, I provide fresh bread and muffins. I advise with healthy eating.
