Data Recovery is exactly who you need for what youre looking for! My hard drive stopped working, and I had a lot of kids and military pictures on it. So I had to get try and get it fixed. Price seemed a little high but most definitely worth the work!Thanks again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for data recovery is based on a few pieces if information. 1. the storage capacity of the hard drive or drives. 2. what is exactly wrong with the drive? We will try to determine as much as possible over the phone so we can get you the most accurate quote possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone conversation to fully understand the situation. Not all data recovery processes are the same. 2nd, we perform a free diagnostic to make sure what we try and understand over the phone is truly the case. 3rd, we will email you an invoice and report outlining what needs to be done in terms of data recovery. Lastly, you the customer then decide if you want to proceed with the data recovery.
