Thomas jumped right in and delivered a high quality repair service. I had previously been thinking of replacing my laptop although it is only 3 years old due to its operating problems. I plan on using Remote PC Fixers for my regular maintenance and computer repair need.

Tom responded quickly and got right to work on ridding our computer of several viruses. He worked for over six hours on a Saturday afternoon and evening until all issues were fixed. It's been a week and we haven't had any problems since then. If we need computer help again, we will contact Tom.

We contacted Tom because our external hard drive was broken. Tom did a great job : he was very reactive, gave us a lot of advices for the short term but also for long term solutions. He took the time to explain us in details what went wrong with our external hard drive. I really recommand to hire Tom, we will contact Tom again in the future if we have another issue!
