- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every business has their own reason for pricing and such. I have had many clients tell me I need to charge more for the services I provide. To me my prices are comfortable for me. I carry all the necessary Insurance so that all my clients and guest are safe. I do not attend all the big Bridal Expos to keep my cost down. Yes there are Dj's out there that charge less than I do. There are not many Dj's out there that do it as stress free as I do for all the clients, guest, and vendors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do like to meet with my clients if at all possible, even if it is just on Facetime or something. You have to know if this Dj is going to be able to give you the greatest day ever. Meeting with them will answer all your doubt.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every week we are checking the top billboard of all the genres to make sure we have all of the great hits of today. The biggest training is performing over 200 events a year with 120 being weddings
