- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are set due to being an small business owner but I am always willing to work with others because life does happen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When booking someone new I usually will require a meet and greet so that the pet may get familiar with me. This is free of charge and i ask that the customer set aside 30 minutes to allow for a proper introduction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a veterinary technician with over 10 years of experience dealing with all types of animals.
