- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sure but let me give you a slightly different angle when a new customer reaches out. You typically start by having a conversation about what they need whether it’s a repair upgrade or new installation then you’d schedule a time to visit and see the situation in person which lets you give them an accurate quote after they approve, you handle the scheduling and permitting complete the work and make sure it all passes any required inspections before you’re done.
