Introduction: I don't just plan parties, I get to know my clients enough to be able to communicate their emotions and personalities through their events. I make it a point to do something special during the event that represents them. I also do something special for them at the end or afterward to show my appreciation for them and all they do. Meeting new people is always fun. More meaningful is working with others to see an event come together and exceed all the expectations the client had before we began.

I contacted Stellar Events because a colleague highly recommended her. Stephona was awesome. She came in, listened carefully to what I needed, made recommendations to improve upon what was being planned and made sure everything was executed beautifully. The day of the event was hectic because there was just so much to do. Unexpected things came up also. For instance a prior event had gone long and there was very little time to setup for the next event. While others were freaking out Stephona remained calm and organized the entire setup so fast! I really appreciated her keeping cool head in a chaotic time. That was EXTREMELY helpful. After the event I received several comments complimenting me about how smoothly and well appointed everything was. The event was as awesome as it was because Stellar Events was on point with their service. SO glad I followed up on this recommendation. Will definitely call them back.

I was very happy with the Graduation event that was put on by Stellar Events. The food was excellent and the cupcakes were delicious! The only thing that I made me worry was the event was not ready on time. Guest were arriving and decorations were still being put up. Ms. Hubbard was very apologetic and after that the event was wonderful.

I am very flexible when negotiating fees. Just as I tailor my services to meet clients' needs, I adjust pricing appropriately so clients always receive the best value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is an absolute must for me to learn all I can about a client with respect to their event. The more I know about them the better I can tailor my services to meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Then I can truly capture and highlight their passions, goals, and aspirations for their event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have developed, planned and coordinated events ranging from weddings, conferences, birthday parties, military retirements, family reunions, anniversary celebrations, and baby showers. Within different organizations, I have also served as an event assistant, office manager, fundraising specialist, volunteer coordinator, backstage production manager and assistant store manager
