Blake Bramer has been my personal trainer for over a year. He has been a real inspiration in my workout routine. I really appreciate the work he did in pushing me towards my own personal workout goals. He knows when to push and when to give you a rest, but most importantly I feel his knowledge of different workouts and their proper form has been most beneficial. From watching your form he can gauge what muscles need work. Also he can direct you in how to correct your form so you get a better workout and reduce the chance of injury. Work out with Blake! You will not be disappointed.

Blake is always on time and makes working out enjoyable. He loves making jokes but at the same time is constantly watching your form and teaching you safer techniques.
