I had a garage door emergency on a Saturday when my door went off track and wouldn't go down. Done Right Garage Doors came through when I needed them most. They responded to my last-minute call around 7 PM, well after normal business hours.

I've got a mighty squeaky garage door that's slightly out of alignment due to my garage shifting on its foundations a bit. Wasn't sure if adjusting the garage door frame would help or not. A very nice fellow from Done Right came out a take a look and gave everything a liberal dose of WD40 and suggested the door would be OK for the near future, and the effort of realigning everything wouldn't net me much. I really appreciated they didn't try and sell me services or a new door I didn't need (yet). Will be sure to go back to them if and when I need!
