I had the pleasure working with ProLift GarageDoors last week. The Owner (Motoi Nishihata) is helping me find a replacement GarageDoor Controller for my very old Electric GarageDoor. He also sent his GarageDoor Technician (Jonathan Guffey) to my home to do a Safety Check of both GarageDoors. The Tech did an awesome job identifying potential issues that could impact the operation of Garage Doors in the next 6 & 12 Months. You should call ProLift GarageDoors ASAP if you have any problems with your GarageDoor, Controller, Motor or Spring. I highly recommend this company.

Outstanding work! John had the door out and the new one installed in just a few hours. Even helped me sort out a few bits and bobs that I had in his way. When he came out to inspect and give and estimate to my wife he offered to bring her and the kids something from the store he was getting gas from. When my wife told me that, I didnt care what they were charging. I was on the fence because I preferred our older Wayne Dalton Torquemaster system but he explained away any second thoughts I had about it. He answered ALL of the kids questions and made them feel like he had all the time in the world for them. We wont use another company in the area. John has a customer for as long as we live in this house.

From the moment we first called until the job was finished, our experience with the ProLift team was great. We were able to get scheduled quickly and the manager, Moe kept me updated through call & text. Prior to arrival, Jonathan sent a picture verification and called to let me know his arrival time as he left his previous job. He even offered to bring me a coffee :) Everything about the repair was professional and timely and he made sure to explain the features of our new opener. Will definitely use ProLift again and recommend to our friends. 10/10 experience!!

ProLift Garage Doors offers free estimates for your garage repair and installation needs. Once our technician performs an inspection, you will receive an estimate. Pricing varies depending on the work that needs to be done. We are always transparent when it comes to our pricing, and always happy to explain why things are priced the way they are.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out to you to get some basic information, and set up a free estimate. Once the estimate is scheduled, our technician will arrive in a ProLift truck and will inspect your system.
We will provide honest recommendations with free estimates, and restore security and reliability. Plus, with no service call fee, you only pay for the work done!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
