I had an issue with my garage door not functioning properly due to a broken Torsen spring. Alex came out to take a look and immediately impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything clearly, including what needed to be replaced and why.
He had the right parts on hand and got to work right away. Within no time, the spring was replaced, and the garage door was working smoothly again. What stood out most was how careful and thorough Alex was with the installation — he double-checked everything and made sure it was balanced and safe before finishing up.

I had Torsion replace two garage door openers and a spring. Alex (the owner) was extremely responsive and available to do the job quickly at a competitive price. Alex and his co-worker showed up right on time and the installation looks good. I had a follow up question later in the day that Alex responded to very quickly.
