- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs requested of TruBlue are handyman services and are equally matched in volume by our exceptional Maid services. However, it also depends on the seasons and what the homeowner is trying to accomplish. For example: A homeowner may routinely have their TruBlue representative on a bi-weekly or weekly basis to clean the homes interior and may also combine our lawn services to maintain curb appeal. However, once lawn season is over that same homeowner may begin to think about interior repairs, upcoming events such as Holiday gatherings etc. This is when our Handyman service truly shines! Whether it is simply hanging the lights for an award winning Holiday display -OR- remodeling that kitchen / bath or basement. TruBlue is there every step of the way to walk the home owner through the process of planning, pricing and executing. Other seasonal considerations may be the exterior during the Spring and Summer months. New landscaping? New deck? Cracked walkways? Painting or touch-ups? Regardless of the need, TruBlue is there to see it through every step of the way.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
While price and credentials are certainly important factors while choosing a provider; it is always imperative to not only like the person doing the work but more importantly TRUST them. Our homes are our castles and are also one of the largest investments we as home owners will ever make. As such, it is imperative to TRUST the company and its representatives to be in your castle but also in their abilities to effectively, efficiently and thoroughly complete the desired work to be performed while in your home.
