Greg responded to my request quickly and provided a quote up front. Countertop instal did have some issues- not due to Greg, but Greg provided insight and information needed to get out countertops fixed.
What Greg completed was done quickly, professionally, and the clean up was good.
I’d hire him again.

I discovered a leak in my basement. Found out it was coming from cracked pipe behind kitchen sink. I needed the sink, cabinets and dishwasher removed so plumber could repair pipe. Thumbtack connected me with Greg Meyer. He was always very responsive with phone calls, text and email. Very professional and dependable. Greg and his partner came on a Monday, tore out the cabinets, organized the mess and cleaned up! Plumber came Tuesday to replace pipe. Then Greg and partner came back on Thursday and put my kitchen back together. Can't tell you how relieved I was to find professional, courteous and trustworthy handymen. Looking forward to hiring them in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Can do jobs as time and materials or I can provide a quote upon request. When requesting a quote often times I will need to complete a site visit prior to providing quote. Detailed description and photos can certainly help me provide quote without a site visit but for more complex projects a site visit will be required.
