Initial communication was great but the estimating visit was not. Originally scheduled for 11, then 1:00, actually arrived at 1:53. The man that came didn't introduce himself, thought he was installing a patio door not an exterior door in my garage and insisted the back of my garage went into my house and not the yard, even after seeing the back of the house and garage. I was asking him a question about placement and he started to answer but then mid-sentence walked to the truck, got in and drove away. Apparently this company hires local subcontractors and their only job is to take pictures and send them to an estimator. None of this was explained in advance and it was very off-putting. The estimator did follow-up promptly and explained their process and said once the work starts I can ask all my questions. I like to have answers before spending close to $2,000. They have a slick looking quote and follow-up from headquarters was prompt, but boots on the ground made me uncomfortable about trusting them with the job so I selected a different company.
