At Precision Home Pros, our pricing is designed to be fair, competitive, and transparent. We charge: $75 per hour for general handyman services (2-hour minimum) Flat-rate pricing available for larger projects or unit turnovers Custom quotes based on the scope, complexity, and materials involved No hidden fees — you’ll always know what you’re paying for before work begins
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Precision Home Pros, we make it easy and stress-free for new clients to get the help they need. Here’s how our process works: We start with a quick phone call, text, or email to discuss your project. You tell us what you need — we offer a ballpark quote or schedule a visit for a detailed estimate. On-Site Walkthrough (If Needed) For larger jobs, we’ll come out and assess the work in person. This helps us give you a more accurate price and timeline. Written Estimate & Scheduling You’ll receive a written quote with transparent pricing. If everything looks good, we schedule the job at a time that works best for you. Professional, On-Time Work We show up on time, respect your space, and get the job done right — efficiently and cleanly. Walkthrough & Final Approval Once the work is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. We’re not done until you’re happy.

I’ve built my career from the ground up with hands-on experience and professional leadership in construction and property maintenance.
