QuickTurn Appliance Repairs was able to come out within an hour to look at my refrigerator issue. I appropriated the quick turnaround. They also worked hard to troubleshoot and recreate the issue to help me find a resolution. They were helpful, prompt, and friendly.

I contacted Quick Turn Appliance yesterday afternoon, heard back from TreVaughn shortly afterward and he serviced my refrigerator today, less than 24 hours following initial contact! TreVaughn was polite and clearly explained the scenarios and options I would have to resolve my issues. Fortunately, TreVaughan was able to successfully melt the ice that was building up in my refrigerator causing my food to freeze and defrost my ice maker. His fee was very reasonable and all issues have been resolved. I would most definitely contact him to fix my appliances in the future.
