I contacted Quick Turn Appliance yesterday afternoon, heard back from TreVaughn shortly afterward and he serviced my refrigerator today, less than 24 hours following initial contact! TreVaughn was polite and clearly explained the scenarios and options I would have to resolve my issues. Fortunately, TreVaughan was able to successfully melt the ice that was building up in my refrigerator causing my food to freeze and defrost my ice maker. His fee was very reasonable and all issues have been resolved. I would most definitely contact him to fix my appliances in the future.
