FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give clear, honest pricing with no hidden fees. Estimates are free, and I offer discounts where I can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a short call to understand the project, then I visit the site to look at everything in person. After that I give you a clear price and timeline. Once we agree, my crew gets to work and I stay in touch until the job is done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have OSHA 10 certification and years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling. My company is licensed, insured, and bonded.
