- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a smaller flooring business we have more flexibility in our pricing. We always want to provide excellent service and quality at a fair price. If our pricing requires us to cut corners we will simply pass on the job. You can rest assured that you will get a fair value with exceptional service from Cutting Edge Flooring Services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is dictated by the customers needs. Typically we completed an in home review of your project. We will review and find the right flooring product, then I will give you a quote. If you agree with the quote we will work on a good install date. Our installation crews will contact you to understand any special requirements and discuss prep you will need to complete. Once your flooring is installed we will review for your satisfaction. When you are completely satisfied we will send you and invoice for final payment. Lastly we will share manufacturers warranties and answer any final questions. If you can we would love a review by you to help us successfully earn new business. We do our best to make the process as smooth and painless as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in small business for over 20 years. I’ve attended several flooring training courses put on by the major suppliers. I received a BA Business Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
