We contacted Lin at the last minute. We were in need of interior decorating advice. She changed her schedule and met with us before going on Vacation. In no time she had given us the confidence to continue with our plans. She is definitely more qualified than what we needed, but she was there for us. We would definitely use her again, anytime we needed advice on home projects. Not only was she a great value but also a great person. She worked within our small home, like it was a mansion. Lin was amazing right away! She responded immediately to my thumbtack inquiry with details on how we could get started. From there she did a great jon staging my house, then was on call for me for the next few days leading up to the photos. She came over the day before the photos to make sure everything was right, and the day of photos an hour before. She walked from room to room with the photographer to make sure every photo of every room was perfect. I got 3 showing requests within an hour of listing!

10% discount to all REALTORS
5% discount to new customers
20% discount to all Vivid Elevations Members
Home Staging is $400 per room
Soft Staging is $200 per room
If movers are needed for Home Staging a Movers Fee will apply
Selection Services is $75 per hour

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Vivid Elevations does the estimate while also applying the 5% discount for new customers. 10% Realtor discount may also apply.
Step 2: Explain the estimate and show them how it could be adjusted.
Step 3: Complete the paperwork to get started.
Step 4: Perform requested services on the client's chosen date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My certificates are Interior Design and Home Styling by Trendimi, Design Theory & Interior Design by Smart Majority, and Introduction to Interior Design by Skill Success. I also have experience with Interior Designs in kitchens and Home Staging entire homes with the exception of one identical sized room. So far, the homes I have staged have been sold in 5 days or less.
