Terrible doesn't beginning to rely my experience. This lady was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and just down right rude, for no reason. We started off exchanging a couple messages to each other, and even then I felt some attitude coming from her, had to ask the same question several times, and seemed annoyed that I wanted to meet the person that would be in our home, but I brushed it off, and gave her the benefit the doubt. We set up a date & time to meet, and I even got off work early to make sure I was home in time, we were set to meet at 3p. 3:15p rolls around, still no sign, text, or call from her. 3:30p, still nothing. Finally, around 4p, I received an email through her company saying she had to reschedule, because she was having car issues. I'm sympathetic to this issue! However, when you have someone's number who is literally waiting around for you, you call, you text, something, besides silence. I even text her at 3:20p, to see if we were still on, with no response. She did not response via text, until I responded to her email, that "made her feel some type of way"(-her words, not mine) that she then decided to cancel our meeting. By then, I was on the same page because, I can't have someone who can't be professional enough to let me know what's going on, in my home. When she clearly had my number. It just doesn't add up, and I truly feel like she really wasn't even on her way, she just didn't want to show for some reason. She may be a fine cleaner, Ill never know but, this isn't how you conduct business.

I am glad I seen the rasied red flag and refused to work with you FIRST I told you you were rude and Im glad we never met. With all thats going on around the world I refuse to be talked to like that because of the color of my skin. If I had to do it over again I would refuse your business again. She kept in good touch with us, and was very gracious about two of us touching base to coordinate and schedule the cleaning. Her pricing is so reasonable. My house was clean, shiny, and smelling good wgen I came home. Erica did a move out clean for ne. I checked nooks, crannies, inside areas not really expecting all to be done. Surprise! Clean inside too. Definitely would hire again. Much better results than last person I hired.
