We have flat rate pricing for our cleans and offer a 10% discount for monthly cleans, 20% discount for bi-weekly cleans, and a 25% discount for weekly cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is in the name of our company Homemaid Cleaning. We tailor every clean to fit your unique cleaning needs. So before or after you schedule your clean we will talk with you and make a list of detailed notes about what you want done for every clean. We collect your address, email, phone number, then discuss what date / time you would want your clean. Then we save you a time slot on our online schedule! We also can receive payments online via credit card or visa so if you would like to get set up with online payment we handle that over the phone or in person at our first clean. We want to do everything we can to make you happy! and look forward to working with you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started cleaning houses a little more than 10 years ago and have learned master my technique of cleaning through experience and training. It can be a lot of work cleaning a house so started recruiting people to clean with us too! I quickly learned that having the appropriate training is a must for cleaning houses. So any person we bring on to our team, we make sure to train them to make sure they are living up to our cleaning standards.
