- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We include most fees and I can work with prices upon customer and viewing the amount of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we like to speak with the customer and go over a checklist of what you would like done. We like for you to mention anything that would need extra attention in the house. When we are done, we ask that you let us know if there is anything that you are unsatisfied with so that we can do our best to fix it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both love cleaning, friendly, and highly professional with how we deal with our customers and how we clean.
