My pricing is based on the size of the space, the condition of the home, and the type of service requested (maintenance, deep clean, or move-related clean). I believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no surprise fees. Recurring maintenance clients typically receive better overall value than one-time deep cleans, and I’m always happy to help clients choose the service that best fits their needs and schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by gathering details about the space through Thumbtack messages or a short intake via my website, including square footage, priorities, and timing. From there, I provide a clear estimate and confirm expectations before the first visit. For first-time clients, I recommend starting with a foundational clean so ongoing maintenance is efficient and consistent. I arrive with my own supplies, follow a structured top-to-bottom system, and communicate clearly before and after each service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of professional cleaning experience working on a college campus, where I was responsible for cleaning and maintaining student housing. This role required efficiency, attention to detail, and proper care across a wide range of surfaces and high-use spaces. That experience shaped my structured, top-to-bottom cleaning approach and my focus on consistency, sanitation, and respect for each space. Today, I bring those same professional standards into every home and office I clean.
