What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts all the time through a variety of promotions & our quality exceeds the cost! Scheduling a weekly/biweekly service contract will also cut your cost.
Lawn Mowing and Lawn Cutting varies depending on size & terrain. Our current customer price scale is $35-$250 depending on the lawn.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a call/email request for yard services, Grass cutting, Mulch, Leaf Removal, etc. We talk about the customer needs. We like to do Estimates based off of a home visit, but will sometimes do estimates from just the customers explanation or by using Google Earth Pro.. After the customer approves the Estimate, we add the job to our route and begin work asap. Once work is complete and Invoice will be sent out and should be paid within 14 days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 16 years in the industry combined. It’s always great working in this field getting to know new customers and landscapes. As the saying goes 'You learn something new everyday'.
