- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1. Get a least three bids 2. Get all the details in writing, if it's not documented it never happened 3. Get a "HeatGainLoss" report done if youre replacing your existing system 4. Consider the ductwork, air leaks & air infiltration into your home...it has a huge effect on utility cost 5. Ask for references, it set the standard of the job performance 6. it's OK to pay a little more than you expected...it's in the details 7.
