- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not offer standard pricing because every home is unique. We require our painters to conduct an in person evaluation and quote of your project. We pride ourselves in offering the best bang for your buck. Just tell us what you want and we will tell you the cost and procedures for us to do it for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 - arrange for an in person evaluation and quote. Step 2 - schedule the project. Customers with a start date on or before two weeks of having an in person evaluation are given top priority. A non refundable $500 deposit is required for any project more than 2 weeks out. Step 3 - getting started. Sign the dotted line. A contract will be given to you and we both sign and agree to the terms. We require our customers to pay for all materials upfront along with 50% of labor paid on day one of the project. Step 4 - daily reviews with your painter on what was done and what the next step will be in the project. Step 5 - all done, let’s take a walk. Our painters will do a walk through of the entire project with you to trouble shoot and to ensure that you are 100% satisfied. Any touch ups or modifications will be made according to the walk through and contract. Step 6 - you’re happy, let’s settle up. The remaining 50% of labor will be paid to our lead painter. All payments in the form of a check should be made to “ProvenPro Paint.”
