Hi Jamie, I’m sorry you feel that way. I always try to be honest and upfront with my pricing. The original starting price was based on a standard lawn, but after arriving I found the grass was taller, the lot size was larger than expected, and additional trimming work was needed. I explained the updated quote before any work was started. Unfortunately, the conversation became disrespectful and rude toward us, so we chose not to continue. We respect every customer’s decision and always aim to provide fair service and clear communication.
