Klayman Landscapes, LLC provides landscape cleanup and seasonal property care for residential homeowners and select small local businesses, including garden bed cleanup and refreshes, mulch installation, bed edging, shrub and hedge trimming, light pruning, weed removal and prevention, leaf and yard debris cleanup, and haul-away when needed.
This is an owner-operated company, so customers work directly with me from the first conversation through the completed job. I am usually on site with a small crew, which helps keep the work consistent, detailed, and accountable.
My goal is not to be the cheapest option. My goal is to provide reliable, detail-focused work, clear communication, and a finished result that looks clean and professional.
One-time cleanup jobs are welcome, and many customers use those visits as a starting point for ongoing seasonal property care.

Luke and his crew were awesome. We had several very tall shrubs that required major cutback and shape trimming. Luke did a great job at a good price and is very professional. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up after the job. We will use them again on future landscaping jobs.

We had a great experience working with Luke. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the work that he was doing. We had some older boxwood bushes and a tree stump with overgrowth that needed removed. Everything was done exactly how we asked and debris cleaned up and disposed of properly after. We will absolutely be using Luke in the future for any other landscaping needs!

Klayman Landscapes is phenomenal! Luke and his staff were absolutely a pleasure to work with. He is very detail oriented, hears your concerns and takes his time in your yard to going the extra mile to make sure everything is just right. He turned our yard from chaos to classy all the while educating us as the homeowners about the different plants in our yard and required care to keep everything looking manicured and weed free. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the property, the amount of cleanup needed, access, debris volume, shrub trimming difficulty, mulch or material needs, haul-away requirements, and overall crew time.
I provide clear pricing before work begins. Full new-customer cleanup and maintenance visits commonly start around $695, depending on the scope. Smaller add-on or focused service jobs may be quoted case by case when they are a good fit.
Klayman Landscapes primarily works with residential homeowners, along with select small local businesses where the owner or manager is directly involved. My pricing is based on doing the job properly, showing up prepared, and leaving the property looking clean, maintained, and professionally cared for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, I usually start by reviewing the project details, photos if available, and the property location. Photos are helpful for showing the work areas, but an on-site quote is often best for larger cleanup, mulch, trimming, or maintenance jobs.
After reviewing the scope, I provide a clear quote and explain what is included before work begins. Once approved, we schedule the work, complete the job with a small crew, review the finished result when possible, clean up the work areas, and collect payment after the job is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience is hands-on and field-based. I have been doing outdoor property work since 1999 and have built my knowledge through years of working directly on residential properties and select small local business properties.
That experience includes seasonal cleanups, garden bed maintenance, mulch installation, shrub trimming, light pruning, weed removal, debris cleanup, and keeping properties looking clean and cared for throughout the year.
