Hired on Thumbtack

I hired TDG for one mowing job and they did a great job and were very prompt (same day mowing). I reached out again and they said they would mow and never did. I reached out one more time and unfortunately never got a response back.

Details: Home • Just once • Less than 1,000 sq ft (<0.02 acres) • Standard (up to 6 in) • Bag and haul • No, I don't need to be there

Amended: Unfortunately after the first mow (which was a positive experience) TDG was very hard to communicate with for subsequent jobs. Ultimately stopped coming to mow without letting us know he was no longer coming to work or answering any of our messages.

Details: Business • Every 2 weeks • 1,000 - 5,000 sq ft (0.02-0.11 acres) • Standard (up to 6 in) • Mulch • Yes, I must be present
