I needed help moving the furniture from a three story place to a ranch w/ basement. I moved most of the boxes, but couldn't get the furniture on my own. I spoke with Mr Powell on the phone while walking through my house to give a very detailed inventory of what I needed moved. Unfortunately it appears he had it in the schedule wrong as he called a day early to come over, then seemed unprepared on the day of to accomplish the move. The crew he scrambled to send over was not prepared with materials for a move of nearly 100% furniture, and the personnel were poorly chosen. I had one guy that was outstanding, and another who was clearly in training. Training with mostly boxes a bit of furniture is one thing, but with all furniture... it made the move 8.5 HOURS!!! With me helping! Although other reviews talked about people coming to help when the job got long, that just wasn't my experience. I would rate this company lower, but the experienced guy was great, and the trainee was doing what he could. Also, I appreciate that they only charge a set "travel charge" as opposed to the "port to port" crap that other companies do. But the crew was set up to fail, and there's just no way it should have taken so long. So, an average rating it is.
