- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its only $55.00 a man per hour and a one time truck travel fee of $110. There's a Two minimum If we come out to do a move
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If your a new or previous customer I would give you a 30 minute call ahead before we had out to your home. Thats just to verify your load address and to make sure you have available parking for your move team. Then we would offer a hot or cold beverage(coffee or water or soda) before arriving. Then your move team would arrive, do a walk thru with the customer and then begin you move.
