- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job I've learned is different, so based on the clients needs and wants, job specifics, and even personal relationships with my customers makes my pricing flexible and customer friendly. specific jobs like painting and tile work, molding work, cabinetry and straight forward work prices are standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greeting and introducing myself, sending a quote, agreeing on pricing and payment arrangements, starting project, finishing project, and signing off on work and leaving my customers satisfied and feeling as if their money was well worth it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over ten years hand in experience working for apartment complexes, maintenance company's and finally working for myself.
