- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the piano is close to concert pitch of A440 then the tuning will cost $195. There are additional fees with various services (voicing, regulating, pitch raise...)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing availability. Getting a clear idea what kind of piano you have, and what servicing it requires. Making sure the customer is fully satisfied with the work performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended Randy Potter Piano Technician School 2015. Did a Year internship with Piano Disc/Mason and Hamlin in Sacramento, CA. Associate Member, Piano Technicians Guild.
