He was very quick in responding and did a wonderful job! The key is no longer sticky and plays beautifully and the piano is well tuned. He even fixed the stand to hold music (it was broken) without me asking. Very nice also. Total time was ~ 2 hours.

James was very punctual, knowledge and professional. The piano we have is very old and had not been tuned for over 20 years, probably. James was very patient and worked much longer than the norm. He remained kind throughout, and was even very sweet to my children.

James was wonderful and arrived on time. Very professional and spent 2 hours tuning my 1950's era piano. It had been about 4 years and 2 moves later so mine was in dire need of a tune up. Sounds great now and appreciates his attention to details. Would hire again for future services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the piano is close to concert pitch of A440 then the tuning will cost $195. There are additional fees with various services (voicing, regulating, pitch raise...)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing availability. Getting a clear idea what kind of piano you have, and what servicing it requires. Making sure the customer is fully satisfied with the work performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended Randy Potter Piano Technician School 2015. Did a Year internship with Piano Disc/Mason and Hamlin in Sacramento, CA. Associate Member, Piano Technicians Guild.
