Thomas did a fantastic job tuning our piano at church. He was very responsive when I first reached out. Then he followed up with reminders to double check the appointment. He showed up early (not too early) and communicated what we need to do to maintain the instrument.
I appreciate his integrity. The piano hadn't been tuned in almost 5 years, and I wasn't sure if it would need a pitch raise. I was ready to pay for it if needed. He checked it out, and thankfully it didn't need a pitch raise. He could have said it needed a pitch raise and I would have paid for it, but he was honest about the condition of the piano. The piano now sings and doesn't just play. Thanks, Thomas!

Thomas arrived on time, made an assessment of the state of our piano, told us the cost, and set to work. About an hour later, he was done and the piano sounds great! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Thom let me know before proceeding how much the final cost would be. There was something about adjusting the pitch or something that would have cost more, but after evaluating, he determined that was not needed. I would not have known either way. He was very patient with a couple cats jumping up beside him to help out. He played a couple tunes when he finished to make sure everything sounded great. Other than a couple wrong notes, I think, the piano sounded great when he finished. This piano was just moved to this home and he made sure we let it sit in the new environment a week or two before tuning. I will call him when it is time to tune again.
